FIRST TIME USERS, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register.  If you do not have a recent bill, please contact our office at (716) 773-9600 ext 612 or 614.  You will need the following information from your bill:

  • Account Number
  • House/Business Address
  • Last name on the Account
  • Your Email Address

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your REGISTERED email address and click “Make a Payment”.
